Appointments & Booking

Appointments may be booked online, by phone, or via text.
For the most seamless experience, online booking is recommended.
A valid credit card is required to secure all reservations.

Cancellations

We kindly request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Late cancellations may be subject to a fee, and missed appointments may be charged in full.

Late Arrivals

Arriving late may result in a shortened or modified service to maintain scheduling for other guests.
In some cases, appointments may need to be rescheduled.

Adjustments

We stand behind The Guest House Method.
If an adjustment is needed, please contact us within 48 hours.

Adjustments refine the original style and do not include changes to a different style or finish.
Refunds are not issued.

Payments

Payment is due at the completion of your service.
We accept credit card payments only.
Tips are appreciated, but never expected.

Guest Experience

The Guest House maintains a professional and respectful environment.
We reserve the right to modify or decline services when necessary to protect the experience, safety, and well-being of all guests.

Children & Safety

For safety and to preserve the atmosphere, we recommend arranging childcare prior to your visit.
If a child accompanies you, they must remain supervised at all times.

Memberships & Passes

Residences, Series, and Day Passes are structured offerings designed to provide consistency and value.
All memberships and prepaid services are non-refundable and subject to their respective terms.

Health & Service Considerations

Please inform your stylist of any relevant allergies, sensitivities, or recent chemical services.
We reserve the right to adjust or decline services to maintain hair integrity and safety.
